All vehicle details, prices, equipment, technical data, and availability are non-binding and provided without guarantee. Errors, changes, and prior sale reserved.
Images may differ from the actual vehicle. Only individually agreed contract terms are binding.
3. No contract concluded via the website
Website content does not constitute a binding offer. Purchase contracts are formed only by individual agreement.
4. External links
Our site may link to third-party websites over which we have no control. We do not adopt their content. Illegal content was not apparent when links were set.
5. Embedded third-party services
We may embed third-party content or services (e.g. mobile.de, Google Maps, YouTube, review widgets). We are not liable for those providers’ content, availability, or data processing.
6. User content and uploads
Users are solely responsible for uploaded content and files. Unlawful, offensive, or excessive personal data must not be submitted. We may remove content without stating reasons.
7. Communication via third parties (e.g. WhatsApp)
When using services such as WhatsApp, processing is carried out by the respective provider. We are not liable for their processing or security.
8. Availability
We aim for reliable uptime but cannot rule out outages, maintenance, or technical faults.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to intent and gross negligence; for ordinary negligence we are liable only for breach of material contractual obligations.
